Als ich meine neue Stelle in einem kleinen Büro begann, war ich ziemlich nervös. Ich hatte vorher in einem Geschäft gearbeitet und kannte die Programme noch nicht.
Meine Kollegin zeigte mir am ersten Tag, wie ich Termine eintragen und Nachrichten beantworten sollte. Sie sagte, dass ich jederzeit fragen dürfe.
Am Mittwoch machte ich einen Fehler und schickte einen Bericht an die falsche Person. Statt den Fehler zu verstecken, erklärte ich meiner Kollegin sofort, was passiert war.
Gemeinsam fanden wir eine Lösung. Seitdem prüfe ich vor dem Senden noch einmal den Namen und die Adresse.
Am Ende der Woche war ich noch langsam, aber viel sicherer. Für mich war wichtig, dass niemand erwartete, dass ich schon alles konnte.
